March 12th, 20233/12/2023 This week I chose to challenge myself. I put alot of organizing tasks into my schedule. Organizing is something I love and isn’t very hard for me but it is very time-consuming. When organizing I have a specific step routine. I first take out everything in the space to start off with a clean area. If I have to I will wipe it down or vacuum it depending on what it is. Next, I will separate things into categories. If I was organizing the fridge I would put the condiments in one section and the meats in another. Lastly I would put each category in a different section of the area.
This week was not to difficult when it came to time management because I was able to get a lot done on Thursday due to early release and on Friday due to having no school. Saturday was a little difficult because I was out with my friends all day, but I still made sure to finish what I needed done when I got home! Next week I am going to start selling and giving away things in my closet. Since I organized my closet last week, it is easy to find out now what I need and do not need. It is very hard for me to give away or sell clothes because I seem to have an emotional attatchment to every item I own. I think to myself "I may want to wear that one day so why would I want to get rid of something so valuable". In all reality I get new clothes all the time and I start to forget what I even own. So if I can not remember what I have do I really need it as much as I think I do? Next week is going to be challenging but I am up for it!
